近日,由国家海洋局新闻发布会获悉,国家发展改革委、国家海洋局联合发布了《中国海洋经济发展报告2015》。这是我国政府首次发布白皮书性质的海洋经济发展报告,也是对《全国海洋经济发展“十二五”规划》实施情况开展评估的公开化和业务化。据悉,双方将在今后每个年度发布海洋经济发展报告,全面报告我国海洋经济发展的最新情况。
Recently, the State Oceanic Administration said at a news conference that the National Development and Reform Commission and the State Oceanic Administration jointly issued the “China Ocean Economic Development Report 2015”. This is the first time that the Chinese government has released the white paper on the development of the marine economy. It is also an open and operational assessment of the implementation of the “Twelfth-Five-Year Plan for National Marine Economic Development”. It is learned that both sides will release a report on the development of the marine economy each year in the future and comprehensively report on the latest situation of China’s marine economic development.
