为了推动通信电源的研制与开发,加强“产、学、研”工作,更好地使科研与生产相结合,邮电部科技司组织部分专家,于1995年4月8日至10日来武汉洲际通信电源集团有限公司(原武汉通信电源厂)进行调研。参加调研的专家有来自邮电部科技司、邮电工业总公司、邮电部设计院、邮电部北京设计院、北京邮电大学、邮电部第十研究所,以及湖北省邮电管理局等单位的十余名专家。专家们在工厂参观了生产线、检测中心和研究所,听取了公司技术系统相关人员的汇报。专家们就国内外通信电源的现状与发展方向;我国通信电源的改进步骤;1995年应重点开展的工作;“产、学、研”相结合的具体思路、办法和建议;对科技体制改革的建议等方面,进行了专题介绍和座谈。
