肺泡气—动脉血氧分压差(P_((A—a))O_2)已成为确定肺泡气体变换率障碍的一个重要指数。基于临床目的,假设呼吸气体变换率(R)相当于0.80,在常规状态下即可测定肺泡的PO_2值。而在实际临床过程中,一般认为假设的R与实际R值间差异甚微,对测定肺泡PO_2值几乎无影响。作者旨在确定假设的R值与实际测出的R值之间所存在的差异对计算肺泡PO_2值的影响。对70例门诊患者进行研究,其中女37、男33例,平均年龄49±17岁。70例中34例肺功能正常;18例属阻塞性肺疾病;12例属限制性通气障碍患者;6例仅一氧化碳弥散力减低。所有患者抽血后立即分析动
Alveolar gas - arterial partial pressure of oxygen difference (P _ ((A-a)) O_2) has become an important index to determine barriers to alveolar gas conversion rate. For clinical purposes, assuming that the respiratory gas conversion (R) is equivalent to 0.80, the PO 2 value of the alveoli can be measured under normal conditions. In the actual clinical process, it is generally considered that the difference between the assumed R and the actual R value is very small, and has almost no effect on the determination of alveolar PO_2. The authors aimed to determine the effect of the difference between the assumed R value and the actually measured R value on the calculation of alveolar PO_2 values. 70 outpatients were studied, including 37 women and 33 men, with an average age of 49 ± 17 years. Of the 70 cases, 34 had normal lung function, 18 had obstructive pulmonary disease, 12 had restrictive ventilatory disorders and 6 had only reduced carbon monoxide diffusion.
