在传统的小学英语教育理念中,老师是学习的主导者,学生处在被动的位置上,更多的是根据老师和课本开展背诵和课文理解等一些学习活动,这样虽然能够保证教学任务的顺利进行,但也限制了学生英语思维的拓展,尤其在应试教育的大环境下,学生学到的只是应付考试的东西,对知识缺乏深入的理解和熟练的应用,无法与“以人为本”的教育理念相契合,对学生的成长十分不利。以人为本,要求老师在教学过程中以学生为中心,让学生成为学习的主体,提高他们对学习的兴趣,激发他们学习的动力,在课堂内营造一个积极向上,主动学习的良好氛围。
