本文指出我国旅游企业的财务管理中,存在旅游企业的财务管理的体制不健全,财务管理人员的素质有待提高,旅游企业的财务风险防范机制缺失,旅游企业的财务管理运营模式缺乏科学性的问题。可以通过建立一套完善的财务管理体制,建立一支高素质的旅游财务管理团队,建立一套有效的激励机制通过奖惩模式促进财务管理运营的健康发展,建立一套旅游企业的财务风险防范机制来促进我国旅游企业的财务管理的发展。
This paper points out that there are some problems in the financial management of tourism enterprises in our country, such as the imperfect financial management system of tourism enterprises, the need of improving the quality of financial management staff, the lack of financial risk prevention mechanism for tourism enterprises and the lack of scientific problems in the financial management and operation mode of tourism enterprises . Through the establishment of a sound financial management system, a high-quality tourism finance management team can be set up, an effective incentive mechanism can be established to promote the healthy development of financial management operation through reward and punishment model, and a set of financial risk prevention mechanism for tourism enterprises To promote the development of China’s tourism enterprises in financial management.
