患者女,44岁。体检时偶然发现肝肿块1天。专科检查及病史:心肺听诊无异常,全身未扪及肿大淋巴结。实验室检查均正常。既往无肿瘤病史及相关家族史,否认肝炎、结核病史。CT:平扫肝右叶可见片状略低密度影,密度均匀,边界欠清,CT值约45 HU(图1);增强扫描动脉期明显均匀强化,CT值约93 HU(图2),静脉期持
Female patient, 44 years old. Occasionally found liver liver mass examination 1 day. Specialist examination and medical history: cardiopulmonary auscultation without exception, the body has not palpable enlarged lymph nodes. Laboratory tests are normal. No previous history of cancer and related family history, denied hepatitis, history of tuberculosis. CT: The plain lesion showed a slightly lower density on the right lobe of the pancreas. The density was even and the border was not clear. The CT value was about 45 HU (Fig. 1). The enhanced arterial phase was markedly enhanced and the CT value was about 93 HU (Fig. 2) Vein holding
