本文报道434例输精管结扎术后0.5～18月的精液系统复查结果。经用累计百分率和寿命表法统计。以残余精子活力、活精子和精子完全消失的95%上限范围确定避孕时限,分别是:精子活力消失为6月或18次排精;活精子消失为6月或20次排精;精子消失为9月或33次排精。我们推荐残余精子活力和活精子完全消失这两种严格丧失授精能力的标准作为术后避孕时限。经试用寿命表法分析残余精子消失期资料,认为它具有充分利用资料、结果准确合理等优点。
This article reports 434 cases of vasectomy 0.5 ~ 18 months after the semen system review results. The cumulative percentage and life table statistics. The duration of contraception was defined as 95% of the upper limit of residual sperm viability, viable spermatozoa and sperm disappearance, respectively: sperm motility disappeared into June or 18 ejaculation; live sperm disappeared into June or 20 ejaculation; sperm disappeared September or 33 times ejaculation. We recommend two criteria for severe loss of fertility: residual sperm motility and complete disappearance of live sperm as the duration of postoperative contraception. After the trial of life table method to analyze the disappearance of residual sperm information, that it has the full use of data, the results are accurate and reasonable.
