农民工是伴随着中国改革开放而产生的新兴社会群体,也是中国社会中的又一弱势群体,他们在现行的户籍制度下被定为农民。本文从农民工视角出发,从中国户籍管理制度变迁着手,分析了我国户籍制度存在的弊端,及其对农民工的影响。针对户籍制度存在的问题,提出了改革户籍制度的相关建议。
Migrant workers are emerging social groups accompanying China’s reform and opening up. They are also another vulnerable group in Chinese society. They are designated as farmers under the current household registration system. This article from the perspective of migrant workers, starting from the changes in China’s household registration management system, analyzes the shortcomings of China’s household registration system, and its impact on migrant workers. In view of the existing problems in the household registration system, some suggestions on reforming the household registration system are put forward.
