Objective: To sum up the storage and conservation measures for traditional Chinese medicines in the Treasury, and to seek the best storage plan. Methods: 156 samples of medicinal herbs in TCM warehouses were randomly selected and divided into two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group, with 78 samples in each group. Among them, the experimental group received classified storage and maintenance measures, while the control group received routine storage and maintenance measures, and compared and analyzed the storage efficiency, moisture content, melting rate, mildew and other indicators of the two groups of herbs. Results: The results showed that the experimental group showed 2 parts of damp medicine, 1 part of thaw, and 1 part of mildew. The total effective rate of storage was 94.87%. In the control group, there were 9 parts of damp medicine, 3 parts of thaw medicine, 7 parts. Mildew medicinal herbs, the total effective rate of storage is 75.64%. The difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The storage and maintenance of herbs in TCM warehouses is a very important, tedious and meticulous task, and it is necessary to continuously optimize the storage and conservation measures for TCM warehouses so as to continuously improve the quality of medicinal materials.
