目的探讨青年脑卒中患者的健康行为水平及其影响因素。方法采用健康促进生活方式评定量表Ⅱ(HPLPⅡ)、一般自我效能量表(GSES)、社会支持量表(SSRS)等,对106例18~45岁的住院青年脑卒中患者进行研究。结果青年脑卒中患者的总体健康行为水平不佳,均分为(114.38±20.13)分,83.0%的患者存在不健康的生活方式,健康行为各维度得分情况为自我实现和人际关系得分最高,得分最低的维度为健康责任和运动。多元回归分析显示,健康行为水平与自我效能水平、日常生活能力和社会支持情况显著相关,共解释了60.2%的健康行为变异量。结论青年脑卒中患者的健康行为亟待提高,医护人员在制订干预措施的同时,要注重患者自我效能、功能状况和社会支持水平的提高,以更好地改善其健康行为,减少复发。
Objective To investigate the level of health behavior and its influencing factors in young stroke patients. Methods A total of 106 hospitalized young stroke patients aged 18-45 years were studied with HPLPⅡ, GSES, SSRS and so on. Results Young stroke patients had poor overall health behaviors, which were all divided into (114.38 ± 20.13) points, 83.0% had unhealthy lifestyles, scores of health behaviors in all dimensions were self-actualization and interpersonal relationship, with the lowest scores The dimensions of health responsibility and exercise. Multivariate regression analysis showed that the level of healthy behavior was significantly correlated with the level of self-efficacy, daily living ability and social support, explaining a total of 60.2% of the variation in healthy behavior. Conclusion The health behaviors of young stroke patients should be improved urgently. While formulating interventions, health care workers should pay attention to the improvement of patients’ self-efficacy, functional status and social support so as to better improve their health behaviors and reduce recurrence.
