介绍了车架电泳涂装前处理的工艺:即钢板酸洗、工序防锈、脱脂、表面调整、磷化。并分析了不同前处理工艺对涂装效果的影响,总结了车架电泳涂装前处理的优缺点。
Pretreatment process of frame electrophoretic coating is introduced: pickling of steel plate, rust prevention, degreasing, surface adjustment and phosphating. The influence of different pretreatment process on the coating effect was analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages of pretreatment of frame electrophoretic coating were summarized.
