在高等教育大众化背景下,大学生群体呈现出系列新变化、新特点。针对思想政治教育所面临的系列新挑战,提出加强政工队伍建设,不断提升工作水平;用社会主义核心价值体系引领高职学生思想政治教育;尊重差异,包容多样,最大限度地形成思想共识;树立“以人为本”的思想政治教育观;注重思想政治教育的生态建设;思想政治教育要凸显职业道德和敬业精神的培育是高职学生思想政治教育的路径选择。
Under the popularization of higher education, the undergraduates have shown a series of new changes and new features.
