Describes a 180 ° achromatic isochronous magnetic deflection system which consists of four diodes magnets with a central symmetry plane. The achromaticity and isochronism of transmission matrix are studied, and the second-order effect of the system is discussed. The system has good isochronicity, achromaticity and focusing characteristics. Its compact structure is particularly suitable for the reverse transmission of the beam in a reflective accelerator.
