小组合作是新课程标准倡导下的积极有效的学习方式之一,并被誉为近几十年来最重要和最成功的教学改革,目前在全国各大学校里都已经得到老师们的积极重视,采纳和应用。它不仅有力激发了学生们的学习兴趣和热情,而且也促进了学生综合语言应用能力的发展和成绩的提高。但据权威调查表明,38%的小组合作具有积极效果,54%的小组合作成效甚微或流于形式,8%的小组合作则是浪费时间的无效劳动。基于此项调查,笔者对初中英语小组合作的有效性进行了探究。
