根据国家科学技术委员会、国家新闻出版署发布的《科学技术期刊管理办法》(下称”办法”)的规定:科学技术期刊,按其主管部门分为全国性期刊和地方性期刊,即全国性期刊是指国务院辖属的各部门、中国科学院、各民主党派和全国性人民团体主管的期刊;地方性期刊是指省、自治区、直辖市各委、厅、局主管的期刊。
According to the provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Scientific and Technical Periodicals (the Measures) issued by the State Science and Technology Commission and the State Press and Publication Administration, science and technology periodicals are divided into national periodicals and local periodicals according to their competent departments, namely, the national Journals refer to journals under the jurisdiction of various departments under the State Council, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, all democratic parties and the national people’s organizations. Local journals refer to the journals in charge of the committees, offices and bureaus of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.
