Objective: To investigate the distribution of high-order aberrations, the influencing factors and the visual function of young adults with myopia. METHODS: 180 patients (356 eyes) (diopter - 050 ~ - 1300D) undergoing LASIK were treated with Allegretto wavefront aberrometer before wavefront aberration analysis and comparison Pupil size, gender, refractive status, best corrected visual acuity (BSCVA) and other factors on higher-order aberrations. Results: RMSh of high myopic aberrations ranged from 0 0 9 to 0 30 μm and from 0 0 3 to 0 14 μm for 95% of myopia at 6 mm and 4 0 mm pupil diameters, respectively. RMSh, RMS3 and RMS4 values were (0 19 ± 0 0 6) μm and (0 0 9 ± 0 0 3) μm, 0 14 ± 0 0 6 and 0 0 7 ± 0 0 3 μm respectively, (0 0 9 ± 0 0 4) μm and (0 0 4 ± 0 0 2) μm, respectively. The differences were statistically significant (P 0 05) 80% and 83%, and C7 is the highest. Pupil increases, the spherical aberration, coma ratio increased. At 6 mm pupil diameter, different types of high-order dominant aberrations had no effect on BSCVA (P> 0.05). The RMS value of higher-order aberrations was negatively correlated with BSCVA (P <0 05). There was no significant difference in higher-order aberrations between different diopter groups (P> 0.05). At 6 mm pupil diameter, the RMS4 and RMS6 were higher in the astigmatism group and RMS3 and RMSh in the height and low astigmatism group were higher than those in the non-astigmatism group (P <0 05) at the pupil diameter of 40 mm. Gender had no effect on higher-order aberrations (P> 0.05). ?
