盐酸达克罗宁[1-(4-丁氧基苯基)-3-(1-哌啶基)丙酮-1的盐酸盐],是一种速效局部麻醉药,临床用于表面麻醉。我国药典与有些国家的药典[如英国药典(1980)、欧洲药典(1975)等]尚未收载。文献报道的分析方法也不多,有非水滴定法、极谱法和气液色谱法。本文报告达克罗宁选择性电极的性能。
Chlorhexidine hydrochloride [hydrochloride of 1- (4-butoxyphenyl) -3- (1-piperidinyl) acetone-1] is a fast acting local anesthetic for clinical use in topical anesthesia. Pharmacopoeia in our country and pharmacopoeias in some countries [such as the British Pharmacopoeia (1980), European Pharmacopoeia (1975)] have not been included. There are not many analytical methods reported in the literature, non-aqueous titration, polarography and gas-liquid chromatography. This article reports the performance of the dacronin selective electrode.
