这个夏天,又一届学生毕业了。蓦然回首,时光飞逝,每个人心中都涌动着留恋与不舍。周国平在《教育的七条箴言》里写道:“教育即生长,生长就是目的,在生长之外别无目的。”多年的教育工作对我而言,就是一条借由现实磨砺而不断省察的心灵之路。如何“唤醒”学生的自我成长,成了我经常思考的问题。生活里,常见父母为子女拍照留念,留下珍贵的成长记录,父母的丝丝爱心蕴含在这些照片中。作为一名班主任,我也常常品味着这种为人父母的心情。在与学生相伴的日子里,仿佛有一份特殊的亲情贯穿其间,教会我用欣赏、发现、包容的眼光看待学生,亲近他们,用相机记录他们的点滴。毕业典礼上,我作为教师代表发言,说道:“三年来,我的相机拍下了许多关于你们的照片,军训、
