(一) △目前不少机关、学校、企事业单位的办公室和职工宿舍混用水电,管理比较困难。特别是有人采取不正当的手段,损公肥已。江苏响水县文化馆、埠宁县电影管理站等单位为防止个别人在电费上作弊,把装在各家房里的电表全部拆除,集中安置在指定地点,关箱上锁,专人控制。这样以后,这些单位的电费支出减少了80％。
