乡村小学教师在我国教师队伍中占据很大比例,是我国基础教育系统中至关重要的部分。而新进的乡村小学教师由于一些客观因素和主观因素,面临着职业发展的困境。以山西省太原市殷家堡小学为例,对于2015年9月新入职的七名小学教师进行跟踪调查,并通过问卷调查、个例访谈等方式,探索影响乡村小学新教师职业发展的因素,并且尝试给予一些解决困境的措施,从而希望能够帮助众多乡村小学新教师尽快走出职业困境,步入正轨。
Primary school teachers in rural areas occupy a large proportion of our country’s teaching staff and are a crucial part of our basic education system. However, due to some objective and subjective factors, new rural primary school teachers face the dilemma of career development. Taking Yinjiapu Primary School in Taiyuan City of Shanxi Province as an example, we conducted a follow-up survey of seven primary school teachers who started their employment in September 2015. Through questionnaires and case interviews, we explored the factors that affect the professional development of new teachers in rural primary schools. And try to give some measures to solve the predicament, so I hope to help many new teachers in rural primary schools out of occupational difficulties as soon as possible, on the right track.
