(一)计划工作必须遵循计划经济与市场调节相结合原则全国人大七届三次会议上的政府工作报告中指出:“经济体制改革的主要目标,是适应社会主义有计划商品经济的发展,逐步建立计划经济与市场调节相结合的管理体制和经济运行机制”。我国经济体制改革的目标模式,赋予了计划工作的新内容,对计划工作提出了更高的要求,即在计划工作中正确运用计划经济与市场调节相结合的原则。我们要从实际出发,实事求是,努力探索计划与市场相结合的新路子,以实现对宏观经
