作者采用FDM/FEM集成的方法,开发了实用化铸造过程三维温度场、应力场数值模拟分析系统。该系统可模拟分析铸件从浇注到冷却至室温的三维动态应力。作者利用此系统模拟分析了三维应力框铸件的应力及形变过程,取得了比较满意的结果
The author uses FDM / FEM integration method to develop a practical three-dimensional temperature field during casting process, stress field numerical simulation analysis system. The system simulates the three-dimensional dynamic stress of castings from pouring to cooling to room temperature. The author uses this system to simulate and analyze the stress and deformation process of three-dimensional stress-frame castings, and obtains satisfactory results
