Nursing internship plays a very important role in Nursing teaching. To strengthen the internship management of Nursing students can effectively improve the quality of internship and ensure their successful completion of the internship. This article discusses the management of nursing internships, and strengthens the internship management of nursing major students in different aspects so as to deliver excellent talents for nursing and medical career as much as possible.
