如所周知,以电感耦合等离子体(ICP)作为电离样品的电离源的质谱仪(MS)常称电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)而以电感耦合等离子体(ICP)作为激发样品的激发源的原子发射光谱仪(AES)常称电感耦合等离子光谱(ICP-AES)。最近一台由美国热电仪器集团公司所属的VG公司制造的ICP-MS分析仪——VG PlasmaQuadⅢ及一台由美国热电仪器集团公司所属的ThermoJarrell Ash公司制造的ICP-AES分析仪——IRISAdvantage已在上海市计量测试技术研究院通过性能考核并开始投入实际使用。

A recent ICP-MS analyzer, VG PlasmaQuad III, manufactured by VG Corporation, a subsidiary of Thermo Electron Corporation, and an ICP-AES analyzer manufactured by Thermo Jarrell Ash, Inc., a subsidiary of Thermo Electron Corporation, Shanghai Institute of Measurement and Testing Technology passed the performance test and began to put into practical use.
