目的探讨神经生长因子联合高压氧治疗一氧化碳(CO)中毒的效果。方法选取2015年8月至2016年8月我院急诊内科收治的60例急性CO中毒患者,将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予高压氧治疗,观察组在此基础上加用神经生长因子,比较两组临床疗效、迟发型脑病发生率、神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)及苏醒时间。分析患者中毒程度与迟发型脑病发生率之间的相关性。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,迟发型脑病发生率显著低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗后,观察组及对照组NIHSS评分均下降(P<0.05),与对照组相比观察组下降更为显著(P<0.05);观察组患者苏醒时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者CO中毒程度越严重,迟发型脑病发生率越高。结论神经生长因子联合高压氧治疗CO中毒临床疗效显著,能迅速改善机体缺氧状态,降低迟发型脑病发生率,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of nerve growth factor combined with hyperbaric oxygen on carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning. Methods Sixty patients with acute CO poisoning admitted to our hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen. On the basis of this study, the observation group was given the nerve growth factor. The clinical efficacy, the incidence of delayed encephalopathy, the neurological deficit score (NIHSS) and the recovery time were compared between the two groups. Analysis of the correlation between the degree of poisoning and the incidence of delayed encephalopathy. Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, and the incidence of delayed encephalopathy was significantly lower than that of control group (P <0.05 or P <0.01). After treatment, NIHSS scores of observation group and control group (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the decrease in the observation group was more significant (P <0.05). The recovery time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P <0.05). The more severe the degree of CO poisoning, the higher the incidence of delayed encephalopathy. Conclusion Nerve growth factor combined with hyperbaric oxygen treatment CO poisoning clinical significant effect, can quickly improve the body hypoxia, reduce the incidence of delayed encephalopathy, it is worth promoting.
