素有“七山—水二分田”之称的浙江省,因台风雨季长,软土地基多,多年以来,一直承受着“桥头跳,浙江到”的揶揄。为了扭转人们对浙江公路的看法,“十一五”期间,浙江公路人奋起直追,不断探索,经过5年的努力,终于打赢了这场翻身仗,也彻底扭转了世人对浙江公路的不良印象。
