近些年来我国事业单位进行了精简人员等一系列的改编,进行了工作效率的提高。我国进入了发展的关键时期,需要从各方面提高政府的工作效率。工作效率的提高主要是对先进技术的引用和对人员的管理。本文以人员管理方面为切入点,探讨如何进行事业单位绩效管理管理,挖掘工作人员的潜力,提高我国事业单位工作效率。
In recent years, our institutions conducted a series of adaptations to streamline personnel and carried out work efficiency improvement. Our country has entered a crucial period of development and needs to improve the government’s work efficiency in all aspects. The improvement of work efficiency is mainly the reference to advanced technology and the management of personnel. This article takes personnel management as an entry point, discusses how to carry out performance management management of public institutions, tap the potential of staff and improve the work efficiency of public institutions in our country.
