马尾肿瘤合并颅内压增高致失明的病例在临床上罕见,现将我院收治1例报告如下。杨××,女,48岁,农民。因右腿痛3年,右下肢麻木无力,大小便困难3个月,双目失明1月,于91年1月15日入院。缘于88年1月无何诱因出现右下肢痛,曾诊断为“坐骨神经痛”,间断治疗无效,病情逐日加重,行走无力,大小便费力。一月前出现头痛,双眼视力进行性下降至失明,无发热。体检:一般状
