Rare earth, not soil, but a typical metal element. It is a general term of seventeen kinds of elements such as lanthanum, cerium, praseodymium, neodymium, samarium, europium, gadolinium, terbium, dysprosium, holmium, erbium, ytterbium, acenaphthene and scandium and yttrium with similar chemical properties to lanthanides. The total amount of RE in the earth’s crust is 153 g / t, which is no less than that of common elements such as copper, lead and zinc. China is the country with the largest amount of rare earth reserves in the world and has the title of “Rare Earth Power”. The chemical properties of rare earth elements is very lively, with good oxidation, catalytic, optical and magnetic properties.
