目的:分析我院3年来抗肿瘤药的应用情况,为该类药物的研究、生产、销售和临床合理应用提供参考。方法:统计分析我院3年抗肿瘤药的销售金额、剂型、类别,并对抗肿瘤药的DUI值进行分析。结果:3年来抗肿瘤药销售金额呈上升趋势。主要为注射剂,其它类和抗肿瘤辅助药的销售金额占6成以上。24种药品中有11种DUI值超过1．0。结论:我院抗肿瘤药的使用是否合理需要经一步探讨。
Objective: To analyze the application of anti-tumor drugs in our hospital for 3 years and provide reference for the research, production, sales and clinical rational application of these drugs. Methods: Statistical analysis of the sales amount, dosage forms and categories of anticancer drugs in our hospital for 3 years and the analysis of the DUI values of anticancer drugs. Results: The sales amount of antineoplastic drugs showed an upward trend in the past three years. Mainly for injection, other types of anti-tumor drugs and sales of more than 60%. Eleven of the 24 drugs have a DUI value of over 1.0. Conclusion: The use of anti-tumor drugs in our hospital is reasonable need to be further explored.
