用滚轮试样和三点弯曲试样研究了20CrMnTi、20CrMnMo、17Cr2Ni2Mo和20Cr2Ni4A四种渗碳钢的接触疲劳住能和弯曲疲劳性能.结果表明,20CrMnMo钢的接触疲劳性能最高,20CrMnTi钢的最低.弯曲疲劳性能却几乎完全相反,20Cr2Ni4A钢最好,20CrMnMo钢最差.
The contact fatigue test and bending fatigue test of 20CrMnTi, 20CrMnMo, 17Cr2Ni2Mo and 20Cr2Ni4A carburized steels were investigated with roller test specimens and three-point bending test specimens. The results show that 20CrMnMo steel has the highest contact fatigue performance and lowest 20CrMnTi steel. Bending fatigue performance is almost exactly the opposite, 20Cr2Ni4A steel best, 20CrMnMo steel worst.
