目的:探索出生缺陷综合干预评价指标体系及权重,为科学评价干预效果提供参考依据。方法:采用Delphi专家咨询法对25位专家进行问卷咨询。结果:开展3轮咨询,回收率均在86%以上,专家的权威系数为0.82。经过分析,共筛选出3个一级指标和13个二级指标,并确定了各指标的权重。结论:专家代表性好,积极性和权威性高,综合评价指标系统可用于出生缺陷干预项目的综合评价。
Objective: To explore the comprehensive evaluation index system and weight of birth defects, and to provide a reference for scientific evaluation of intervention effects. Methods: Using Delphi expert consultation method, 25 experts were asked for questionnaires. Results: The three rounds of consultation, the recovery rates were above 86%, the expert’s coefficient of authority was 0.82. After analysis, a total of three first-level indicators and 13 second-level indicators were screened, and the weight of each indicator was determined. Conclusion: Experts have good representativeness, initiative and authority, and the comprehensive evaluation index system can be used for the comprehensive evaluation of birth defects intervention projects.
