为缩短建筑工程技术专业学生从毕业到参加实际工作时的知识差距,以提高学生的工程应用能力为核心,对“建筑施工技术与组织”课程中“混凝土结构工程”一章进行一系列教学改革。首先改变了教学理念,整合了教学内容,重新编写了思考题,增加了大作业及课堂讨论的分量,同时与企业合作进行顶岗实习,鼓励优秀学生参加课题研究,取得了较好的效果。
