8月7日,杭州市对即将出台的新版《杭州市区经济适用住房管理办法》(审议稿)进行通报。这份新管理办法在原有基础上进行了诸多修订,最明显的包括将保障对象从“中低收入家庭”改为“低收入家庭”、建立多级审核机制,以及尝试经济适用房内循环模式。此次经济适用房政策调整幅度较大,尤其是收入和销售的管理新规定预示着杭州经济适用房政策开始步入新阶段。
