利用ITI -SIM软件建立了一个液压泵的仿真模型 ,由于泵和马达是一对液压能与机械能相互转换的装置 ,所以该模型同样适用于液压马达。在使用中 ,可以根据实际情况选择设定模型的各种参数 ,如不同形式的摩擦损失、不同的内外泄漏 ,因此可相应计算各种能量、扭矩等。通过实际应用液压泵的仿真模型 ,表明该模型的特性能够满足实际应用的需要
A simulation model of hydraulic pump was established by ITI-SIM software. Because the pump and motor are a pair of hydraulic and mechanical energy conversion devices, the model is also applicable to the hydraulic motor.
