目的通过对农村孕妇传播性疾病防治知识知晓情况的调查,了解存在的问题,制订针对性的措施。方法按照设计的《性传播性疾病防治知识和行为问卷调查表》培训调查员,抽取300名孕妇进行性传播性疾病防治知识及相关行为情况进行调查。结果农村孕妇性传播性疾病防治知识知晓率很低,94.98%仅限于听说过性病,知道梅毒的人数占68.56%,对性传播性疾病其它概念了解甚少,对艾滋病的知晓率仅为2.67%。性传播性疾病传播途径知晓情况较好,91.97%的孕妇知道会传染,知道性生活和吸毒会传染性病,但对性病的母婴传播知晓不足仅占3.68%。性传播性疾病常见症状知晓率较低,过半数的孕妇仅知道尿道流脓或白带增多。在性传播性疾病防治方面除了对安全套在性传播性疾病的预防作用知晓率为7.02%,其它防治知识了解较多,如洁身自爱、有异常到正规医院诊治、治愈前不能怀孕、夫妻同治等。结论农村孕妇的性传播性疾病防治还存在多方面的不足和问题,在工作中要针对突出问题,切实加强对农村育龄妇女的健康教育,减少性传播性疾病经孕妇传播。
Objective To investigate the knowledge of prevention and treatment of transmitted diseases among pregnant women in rural areas, understand the existing problems and formulate targeted measures. Methods The investigators were trained according to the “Questionnaire on Knowledge and Behavior of Sexually Transmitted Diseases Prevention and Control” and 300 pregnant women were selected to carry out the investigation of prevention and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases and related behaviors. Results The awareness rate of prevention and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases among pregnant women in rural areas was very low. Only 94.98% knew about sexually transmitted diseases and 68.56% knew syphilis. Little was known about other concepts of sexually transmitted diseases, and the awareness rate of AIDS was only 2.67 %. 91.97% of pregnant women knew of contagion, they knew sex and sexually transmitted diseases were contagious, but only 3.68% knew less about mother-to-child transmission of sexually transmitted diseases. Lower awareness rate of common symptoms of sexually transmitted diseases, more than half of pregnant women only know that urethral pus or vaginal discharge increased. In the prevention and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases in addition to condoms in the prevention of sexually transmitted diseases, the awareness rate of 7.02%, knowledge of other prevention and control more, such as clean self love, abnormal to the regular hospital diagnosis and treatment, cure can not be pregnant, the couple Tongzhi Wait. Conclusion There are still many deficiencies and problems in the prevention and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases among pregnant women in rural areas. In the work, we must focus on outstanding problems, earnestly strengthen the health education of women of childbearing age in rural areas and reduce the spread of sexually transmitted diseases through pregnant women.
