考察与新闻事件相关的各个方面的背景要素,是新闻报道写作不可缺少的技术环节。任何新闻报道,如果不展示新闻事件存在的环境,不说明新闻事件与环境之间的相互作用关系,都不可能真正报道出新闻事件的真相不使用背景材料,几乎没有什么报道是全面的。
Investigating the background elements of all aspects related to news events is an indispensable technical link in news report writing. Any news report can not really report the truth of the news event without using background material without showing the environment in which the news event exists and without explaining the interaction between the news event and the environment. There is very little report that is comprehensive.
