龙年蛇岁当代画坛,水墨火了工笔热了,工笔画的确成了当代中国画的亮点,从学术和市场两方面看,都具有更大的发展空间和强劲的发展后劲。当代工笔画创作在题材、语言、材料等各方面出现了不少新的探索,呈现出多元形式的艺术生态。但从学术角度讲,当下工笔画艺术仍处在转型的关键时期。一方面有基于传统形态的新探索,另一方面还有从观念层面、语言层面介入的新趋势。当今一大批新工笔艺术家追求的时尚物质和文化消费乃至他们艺术创作的标准,多源自异域他乡,造就他们的新工笔在后现代的语境
The Year of the Snake is a contemporary art scene, where ink and wash are hot and painterly. Fine Brushworking has indeed become a bright spot in contemporary Chinese painting. From both academic and market perspectives, it has more space for development and strong development potential. Contemporary fine brushwork creation in the theme, language, materials and other aspects there have been many new exploration, showing a pluralistic form of artistic ecology. However, from an academic point of view, the current fine art of drawing is still at a critical period of transformation. On the one hand, there is a new exploration based on the traditional forms, on the other hand, there are also new trends of intervention from the conceptual and linguistic levels. Today, a large number of new artists seeking the fashion material and cultural consumption and their standards of artistic creation, mostly from a different country, creating their new style in the postmodern context
