二硫代二安替吡啉甲烷(DTPM)光度法测定铋,铜的允许量低,对于含铜较高的试样,一般采用氨水分离的方法,操作冗长。本文探讨了铜的干扰及消除方法,选用适宜的酸度和掩蔽体系,扩大了铜的允许量。对于含铜较高的试样,提出了一个简易萃取分离的方法,即在比色管中将铋的氯阴离子与二安替吡啉甲烷形成的络合物萃入二氯甲烷中,弃去上层水相后直接在原比色管中用EDTA反萃取并显色。
