众所周知,个体分散进行、十分复杂而又十分灵活是教师这一精神生产劳动的职业的显著特征,而在整个劳动过程中,教师本人的思想情操、劳动态度和业务能力(概称为政治素质和业务素质)起着决定性的作用。作为小学语文教师,除了应具备职业道德、理论修养和解读、把握、实施新课程标准的能力等各学科教师共性的素质外,还应具备哪些有关学科特点的业务素质?笔者以为,有以下三点:一、要精通专业知识,要有悦读和博览群书的习惯
