针对制造业与物流业协调联动的关系,建立由原材料供应商、半成品加工商、产成品制造商构成的超网络模型。分析模型中各决策者的利润最大目标及其竞争合作关系,利用变分不等式理论求解整个网络达到均衡状态的条件。设计算例并进行数值仿真,讨论物流服务水平、生产力水平、产品加工数量等关键参量之间的相互影响,验证所建模型的有效性。
Aiming at the coordinated linkage between manufacturing industry and logistics industry, an ultra-network model consisting of raw material suppliers, semi-finished product processors and finished product manufacturers is established. Analyze the maximum profit target and its competition and cooperation relationship among decision-makers in the model, and use variational inequality theory to solve the condition that the entire network reaches an equilibrium state. The numerical examples are designed and numerical simulation is carried out to discuss the interaction between the key parameters such as logistics service level, productivity level, product processing quantity and so on. The validity of the proposed model is verified.
