“一要干事、二要干净”是中共中央政治局委员、重庆市委书记薄熙来明确提出并始终坚持的一个核心价值理念,是对党的根本性质、奋斗目标、根本宗旨、执政理念、廉政从政最直白的诠释。干事是勤政,干净是廉政;干净是干事的前置条件和安全保障,干事是干净的根本要求和核心目标;干净和干事是做人做事的统一体。“一要干事、二要干净”在重庆实践以来,效果突出,得到了人民群众和社会各界的广泛认同,也得到了中央领导的充分肯定。而贯彻党的建设主线,推进重庆新的科学发展,则必须以干事为基础、以干净为保障。
