目的探讨妊高征患者部分生化指标的变化。方法使用全自动生化仪对妊高征患者和正常妊娠孕妇测定部分生化指标,分析结果。结果 20项生化指标均有不同程度的改变,部分差异有统计学意义。结论妊高征患者部分生化指标较正常妊娠孕妇有明显改变,应严密监视,采取积极有效的预防和治疗措施,以降低母子危险。
Objective To investigate the changes of some biochemical indexes in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension. Methods The automatic biochemical analyzer was used to determine the biochemical indexes of pregnant women with PIH and normal pregnant women, and the results were analyzed. Results 20 biochemical indicators have varying degrees of change, some differences were statistically significant. Conclusions Some biochemical indexes of patients with PIH are significantly different from those of normal pregnant women and should be closely monitored. Active and effective preventive and curative measures should be taken to reduce the risk of mother-child.
