I. INTRODUCTION The genre of Solana and Genovese in Argentina, both genre films and politicians, has drawn great attention since its debut in Europe (Pesaro - 1967). This is the first example of a comprehensive media analysis of Latin American neocolonialism using the mass media. The special feature of this film is that it provides an accurate and complete overview of the political and economic premises of the neocolonial system as an integral part of the imperialist world in an intuitive and novel film technique. Theoretical acumen and sharp love and hate contributed to its analytical character. The strong influence of the film led to the confrontation of the Argentine government: it was forbidden to be shown in this country and a law was made in response to its appearance, imposing imprisonment on the production and rental of anti-government cinema. However, this method
