为探讨猴空泡病毒40对猴树突状细胞发育分化的影响,分别以灭活的SV40和感染性SV40作为刺激抗原致敏外周血来源的猴树突状细胞,培养第5 d加入刺激抗原,在培养第7 d和第9 d分别收集处理的猴树突状细胞并测定细胞表面分子CD1a、HLA-DR、CD86、CD83的表达情况。结果显示,与灭活的SV40抗原相比,经感染性SV40刺激的猴DC中前述四种表面分子的表达显著偏低(P<0.05)。前述四种表面分子均是DC发育分化过程的特征性分子,其表达降低说明感染性SV40对猴DC的分化成熟具有抑制作用。
To investigate the effect of monkey vacuolar virus 40 on the dendritic cell development and differentiation in monkeys, dendritic cells derived from peripheral blood were stimulated with killed SV40 and infectious SV40 respectively, and stimulated with antigens The monkey dendritic cells collected on the 7th and the 9th day of culture were collected and the expression of CD1a, HLA-DR, CD86 and CD83 on the cell surface were measured. The results showed that compared with the inactivated SV40 antigen, expression of the four aforementioned surface molecules was significantly lower (P <0.05) in the infecting SV40-stimulated monkey DCs. The four surface molecules mentioned above are all characteristic molecules of DC development and differentiation. The decreased expression of SV40 can inhibit the differentiation and maturation of monkey DC.
