一九八二年春,晋中社会科学联合会的同志写信给我,询问晋察冀边区一九四四年出版《毛泽东选集》的情况。对于这样一件革命思想史、出版史上的大事,只能持慎重态度。现在,经丁一岚、伊之及原在《晋察冀日报》社工作的一些同志的调查、回忆、考证和研究,包括查阅中央档案馆等单位的档案资料,终于形成了这篇材料,可说是在现有条件下力求翔实了。这个材料还经过原在晋察冀边区党委参加思想领导工作的郑天翔同志校正,我最后看过。一件史实,经十数位同志近两年的辛勤劳作,方才整理成现在这个样子,修信史之难,于此可见。这篇短文在晋察冀边区出版《毛泽东选集》四十周年之际发表,不仅是对毛泽东思想历史功绩的缅怀,也是对当年负责《选集》编辑工作的邓拓同志不幸逝世十八周年的纪念。
In the spring of 1982, comrades from the Jinzhong Social Science Association wrote to me and asked about the publication of the “Selected Works of Mao Tse-tung” by the Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei Border Region in 1944. For such a history of revolutionary ideas, major issues in the history of publication, can only be cautious attitude. At present, the investigation, memorialization, research and research conducted by Ding Yi-lai, Yi Zhi and former comrades working in the Jin-Cha-Ji Daily News Agency, including access to the archives of the Central Archives and other units, have finally formed this material. Under the existing conditions, we strive to be informative. This material was also corrected by Comrade Zheng Tianxiang, who was originally a party committee member of the Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei Border Region who participated in ideological leadership. Lastly, I read it. A historical fact, the hard work of the last few years of comrades in the past few years, had just sorted out the way it is now, and it is difficult to repair the history of the letter of faith, as we can see from this. This essay was published on the occasion of the fortieth anniversary of the publication of the Selected Works of Mao Zedong in the Jin-Cha-Ji Frontier. This essay is not only a tribute to the historical merit of Mao Zedong Thought but also a commemoration of the 18th anniversary of the untimely death of Comrade Deng Tuo- .
