社会主义市场经济体制的确立与完善,高教管理体制改革的深化,特别是合并办学形式的大量产生,对高校档案工作,尤其是对合并高校的档案管理带来一定的冲击。据统计,从1992年到目前为止,全国有298所高校组建合并为124所,如何管理好这些合并高校的档案便成为高校改革中的一个重要问题。
The establishment and perfection of the socialist market economic system, the deepening of the reform of the management system of higher education, and the mass production of the combined school-running system in particular have brought a certain impact on the archives work in colleges and universities, especially the archives management of the merged colleges and universities.
