本文介绍一下由《济奥尔》(Gyor)组合机床制造厂制造的小型组合机床的控制问题。 首先简单说说德累逻巴(DRELOBA)结构块,即东德德累斯顿国营调节器厂制造的气动逻辑元件。 主要技术参数为: 进气压力:P_H=1.4公斤/厘米~2 逻辑“O”线:(0～0.2)P_H 逻辑“L”线:(0.8～1)P_H 单件开关时间;1～2毫秒 逻辑块的结构尺寸:23×29×60毫米 德累逻巴系统的基本构件是双膜片式转换器和“或”元件。 图1为双膜片式转换器的结构原理及其能够实现的逻辑开关图。
This article describes the control of small modular machine tools manufactured by a combination of Gyor machine tool builders. First, let’s talk briefly about the DRELOBA block, the pneumatic logic element made by the Dresden State-Chancellor plant in East Germany. The main technical parameters are: Inlet pressure: P_H = 1.4 kg / cm 2 Logic “O” line: (0 ~ 0.2) P_H Logic “L” line: (0.8 ~ 1) P_H Single-piece switching time; Logic Block Size: 23 × 29 × 60 mm The basic building blocks of the D-Lexal system are dual-diaphragm converters and OR components. Figure 1 shows the principle of the structure of the dual-film chip converter and the logical switch diagram it can achieve.
