地处陕西省凤翔县县城西南方向15公里的尹家务乡托卜务村,过去曾是一个穷得出名的村子。近年来,村党支部以带领群众治穷致富、发展农村经济为切入点,切实为群众谋利益、办实事.坚持听民声、询民情、排民忧、解民难,以民为本加强农村思想政治工作,推进了两个文明建设的巨大发展。1999年,全村实现工农副业总产值2586万元,人均纯收入1782元,村办企业发展到8户,拥有固定资产1120万元。村上先后被评为宝鸡市市级小康示范村、“文明村”、“卫生村”等称号,村党支部书记黄引耀被评为省级劳模、凤翔县农村党支部书记标兵称号。
Located in Fengxiang County, Shaanxi Province, 15 kilometers southwest of Yin Jiawu Township care service village, the past was a poorly-known village. Eight village-owned enterprises were developed, with 11.2 million yuan in fixed assets. Murakami has been named Baoji City level well-off model village, “civilized village”, “health village” and other titles, the village party branch secretary Huang Yinao was named the provincial model worker, Fengxiang County Party branch secretary model title.
