选用氟化钙为窗口材料,通过实验验证了高温和应力作用下的窗口对光束质量的影响。选取一种高能激光光束质量的评价方法,对窗口效应引起的光束质量退化在实验中得到了验证。通过处理光束在远场的光斑半径,得出由于窗口的影响,光斑半径变大且增长速率较快的结论,从而证实窗口热效应对光束质量有较大影响。
Calcium fluoride is chosen as the window material, and the influence of the window under high temperature and stress on the beam quality is verified through experiments. A high-energy laser beam quality evaluation method is selected to verify the degradation of the beam quality caused by the window effect in the experiment. By processing the spot radius of the beam in the far field, the conclusion is drawn that the radius of the spot becomes larger and the growth rate is faster due to the influence of the window, thus confirming that the window thermal effect has a great influence on the beam quality.
